Turning Red, movie of Disney Y Pixar, was scheduled to hit theaters in March. However, the decision was made that the animated film be released exclusively by Disney +. This prompted mixed opinions, according to Insider.
“It’s safe to say that we are all extremely disappointed. Until today, we all thought that the movie would be our return to the big screen, and everyone in the studio was excited that it would go with this particular story. It was a big hit”, stated an employee. However, other people agreed with the decision of Disney: “With Omicron infections so high, I have not heard anyone say that the decision to go live is wrong.”
Turning Red introduces us to Mei Lee (Rosalie Chiang), a 13-year-old girl, who is torn between being the obedient daughter her mother wants her to be and the chaos of adolescence. Unfortunately for him, every time he gets too excited, he turns into a giant red panda.
