The Duke of Edinburgh’s funeral was preceded by great anticipation since it would mark the first public appearance of Prince William and Harry since the latter moved to California.

Rumors assure that the two brothers currently have a very tense relationship that would only have worsened after Harry and his wife granted their controversial interview to Oprah Winfrey, in which they discussed the signs of racism they would have witnessed in the bosom of the monarchy, and Meghan Markle further revealed that Kate Middleton made her cry in the days leading up to their wedding.

However, last weekend they put aside their supposed differences to be part of the procession that accompanied their grandfather’s coffin through the grounds of Windsor Castle. Although they arrived at the Chapel of Saint George walking separately by their cousin Peter Philips, at the exit of the temple they could be seen together and exchanging a few words in the presence of Duchess Kate.

According to the Page Six portal, William told his brother that the religious service had been “wonderful”, to which Harry replied “it was as he wanted”, referring to his grandfather. The first then agreed with his brother and also commented that the music had seemed very beautiful.
