Across the globe, many people view Jordan as “the GOAT.” His extraordinary athleticism and jaw-dropping skills have wowed fans around the world.
To this day, his performance ranks among the best in NBA history. One of the most memorable games took place during a practice session in Monaco in 1992 for Team USA.
This team is known as the “Dream Team” and is considered one of the best teams of all time. This is also the first time an NBA player has participated in the Olympics.

Legendary Dunk: Jordan’s response to trash talk
Chuck created the East-West divisions on the team, allowing Jordan and Magic to go head-to-head. They fought fiercely for three days.
One day, when Magic’s team was gaining the upper hand, Magic tested the waters with some trash talk, something he hadn’t done against Jordan.
He warned that if Jordan’s team didn’t pick up the pace, there would be a major blowout.
Magic revealed on The Jimmy Kimmel Show that the trash talk fueled Jordan’s competitive spirit. Jordan’s tongue stuck out further than usual, his eyes widened as he stepped out of the crowd, shot a three-pointer, and stared at Magic.
I repeat, what happened next is unparalleled.
Magic recalled the remarkable shot, “It was the greatest shot I’ve ever seen. He came down the right side, jumped into the air, and hung there, knowing David Robinson was going to fall to the ground.”
As expected, David Robinson came on and Jordan wowed everyone, including Magic, with his 360-degree spin in the air and tongue-lashing dunk during practice.
This event left a lasting impression on Magic and other legends. Magic admitted that no one can compare to Jordan, and there never will be. He also learned a lesson from Jordan’s trash talk.
