The BCG vaccine, which is vital for preventing tuberculosis, is given intradermally on the upper outer side of the arm or thigh, especially in infants and children under one year old.

Regarding the hepatitis B vaccine, detailed information on its use is critical for children under five years of age. The three-dose regimen includes a first dose preferably within the first hour of life, a second dose at 2 months of age, and a third dose at 6 months of age.

Additionally, it is important to note that this vaccine is also indicated for adolescents and adults over 11 years of age, with additional doses required depending on the performance of the vaccine.

Once supply is available, the vaccine will be distributed through: 19 health jurisdictions Provided by the Institute of Health of the State of Mexico (ISEM), ensuring broad and equitable coverage of all target age groups.
