Throughout 2023, the Air Jordan 1 sneaker model continues to undergo numerous reinventions. Now, the Air Jordan 1 Low “Blue Whisper” joins an already massive catalog. The color palette is a mix of neutral and vibrant palettes that are hard to ignore.
The Swoosh brand has not yet announced the official release date of the Nike Air Jordan 1 Low “Blue Whisper”, but according to media Sneaker Bar Detroit, the shoe will be released in the spring of 2024 and will retail for $115.

Nike and Michael Jordan have had an unbreakable partnership since signing a lifetime contract in 1884. The duo’s partnership became extremely important in the history of sneaker culture, streetwear, and the world of basketball. The duo launched their first signature shoe, the Air Jordan 1, in 1985. This shoe is the brainchild of Swoosh brand veteran Peter Moore.
Over the years, the importance of the Air Jordan 1 sneaker model has grown significantly. The shoe has become one of the most popular sneakers of all time and is highly relevant to the pop culture scene. For nearly four decades, the sneaker has continued to undergo many new iterations. The official Swoosh label website describes the silhouette:
“Ever since his game-winning shot that brought championship glory to North Carolina, Michael Jordan has been at the forefront of basketball consciousness. In 1985, he took to the court wearing the original Air Jordan I while breaking league rules and his opponents’ will, while capturing the imagination of fans around the world.”
The latest sneaker revamp to debut is the Air Jordan 1 Low “Blue Whisper,” which comes in a “White/Blue Whisper/Dune Red” color scheme. The upper is made of high-quality leather material, supplemented by mesh material.
Featuring White accents on the sole, which can be seen on the perforated toe box, mid panel, and mesh tongue. A white base is contrasted by Blue Whisper overlays, which can be seen on the forefoot, lacing system, ankle collar, mesh insole, heel counter, regular laces, and eyelets.
Another hue is added to the mix with Dune Red on the outlined Swooshes, Winged basketball logos on the heel counter, and Jumpman logos on the tongue and insole. A White midsole and Blue Whisper rubber outsole completes the look.
The Air Jordan 1 Low “Blue Whisper” sneaker model is expected to release in Spring 2024 via Nike’s official e-commerce website, SNKRS app and select retailers. The shoe will be available in women’s-only sizing and will retail for $115.
