Where Was the Business? Justin Bieber Selling His Beverly Hills Mansion With Everything and Furniture

Justin Bieber didn't make a big deal out of the sale of his Beverly Hills mansion.

The 26-year-old Canadian singer Justin Bieber, on Thursday, February 18, joined the celebrities who have suffered heavy losses with the sales of their mansions, receiving less than he expected for the property he owned in the area of Beverly Hills and that was the first in which he lived with Hailey Bieber, his wife.

The residence was acquired by the interpreter of ‘Sorry’, in March 2019, after disbursing $ 8.5 million dollars, while in October 2020 he put it up for sale for $ 9 million dollars.

Although they were looking to make a significant profit, the couple had to settle for selling it for $ 7,955,000, that is, in less than two years they suffered a loss of $ 545,000.

In addition to getting a super price, the new owners will also be able to enjoy the furniture with which Justin and Hailey decorated their house, as they chose to sell it fully furnished.

The 6,132-square-foot home, known as The Tropics, was built in 1932, although it was completely rebuilt in 2018.

It has five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, main room, office, movie theater, wine cellar, among other rooms.

Although they have already gotten rid of their first home in Beverly Hills, that does not mean that they will leave the neighborhood, because in August 2020 they bought an imposing house for $ 25.8 million dollars, although its original price was $ 42 million dollars.
