Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant and Wilt Chamberlain are the other three NBA superstars to score 40 or more points in six consecutive games or more. Booker, the Suns record holder for most points scored in a game with 40, has gained similar credibility. Like most NBA records, Chamberlain stands out among the rest.

In the 1961-62 season, Wilt scored more than 40 points in 14 consecutive games twice. He also played 10 consecutive games the following season, and played 5, 6, and 7 consecutive games many times. Excluding him and his incredible feat, Jordan and Kobe had nine points each, and if the Phoenix duo can catch them, things will get crowded quickly.

After missing the 1985-86 season due to injury, Jordan scored 40 points in nine consecutive games before the championship game in 1986-87.
