The Constitution Day draw will be held through the traditional system of multiple drums in the State Lottery and Betting Draw Room. This day is a national holiday, as it is commemorates the approval by referendum by the Spanish people of the Spanish Constitution of 1978.

As it is an important holiday, Loterías y Apuestas del Estado takes the opportunity to launch a special draw with millionaire prizes. The Special Prize will be 15,000,000 euros, while the First Prize will be 1.3 million euros. and a Second Prize will distribute 250,000 euros. In total, 3,485,100 prizes will be distributed.
In this draw, the tickets are numbered from 00,000 to 99,999, and each series has 100,000 tickets. The tenth one costs 15 euros and it can be purchased at any authorized lottery administration or through the Loterías y Apuestas del Estado website. Last year, the First Prize played in Zaragoza and Altura (Castellón), being the 63,386 the graceful one.
