was introduced as a key character in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantummania and will accompany Phases 5 and 6 of the Marvel universe. After Spider-Man: No Way Home, Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness and the first season of Lokithe Phase 5 of the MCU is ready to make room for the dynamics of the Multiverse. To interpret Kang and variations of him is Jonathan Majors. But the character will also appear in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3?

In Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, however, he appeared in all his cruelty. In the post-credit scene of the film, however, the Studios also showed the audience Kang’s army of variants ready to spread terror and panic in the universes. But what do we know about his involvement in Guardians of the Galaxy? The third volume also represents the last directed by James Gunnwho officially says goodbye to the MCU to start a new phase of his DCU career.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 represents the second film of Phase 5 of the Marvel universe, so an appearance by Jonathan Majors as Kang the Conqueror could be absolutely justified. But no details have been revealed about it at the moment. Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan and the other stars will return for the third and final chapter of Guardians of the Galaxy, but it is likely that they will face other misadventures that do not involve (at least directly) the threat of Kang the Conqueror. The villains of the new chapter, in fact, are The High Evolutionary interpreted by Chukwudi Iwuji And Adam Warlock (Will Poulter). It’s also true that one of the characters in the Guardians of the Galaxy cast, at least in the comics, has a strong connection to Kang. Wanting to give another future possibility to this cast of characters, it would be interesting to involve one of Kang’s variants to pave the way for the storyline of Mantis, who is connected to the Conqueror in the comics. But at the moment there are only theories.
