Details of his arrest
On October 11, 2015, Israa was traveling from Jericho to Jerusalem. His trial

After deliberations and discussions within the Israeli courts, she was sentenced to 11 years in prison and a fine of 50,000 shekels. Pre-sentence discussions lasted a year and the sentence was handed down on October 7, 2016.
