The following regulations on wine products, bluetongue and avian influenza were published in the Official Journal of the European Union on February 15, 2024.
– Alcoholic products: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/585 of 8 December 2023, supplementing Regulation (EU) No 251/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, contains specific rules on the directives and designation of ingredients in aromatic wine products.
– Bluetongue: Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/566 of 14 February 2024 amending Annex VIII to Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/620 concerning the approval or withdrawal of disease-free status for bluetongue virus infection in certain areas of Germany and Spain ( serotypes 1 to 24) and approved an expanded program to eradicate infection with this virus.
– Avian Influenza: Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/580 of 9 February 2024 amending the Annex to Implementing Decision (EU) No. 2023/2447 on emergency measures in response to an outbreak of highly pathogenic avian influenza in certain Member States,
