Microsoft today announced the official update of the Xbox Series X-based server blades for Xbox Cloud Gaming. This will provide faster download speeds, improved latency, better performance, and higher image quality with 1080p resolution and up to 60fps.
Along with updating the Xbox Series X custom server blades, Xbox Cloud Gaming is also expanding its reach. Access to Xbox Cloud Gaming on PCs and iOS phones and tablets has been limited to a handful of Insiders but is now available to all Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers in 22 countries via xbox.com/play. IOS and PC users will immediately benefit from the Xbox Series X hardware upgrade.
Xbox Cloud Gaming is Microsoft’s game streaming service that brings hundreds of Xbox games to mobile and PC. Xbox Cloud Gaming, formerly known as Project xCloud, is supported by Xbox Game Pass and is one of the services offered to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers.
