“Today we treat variant C. Not all cases are 100% cured. And this type of hepatitis is the leading reason for liver transplantation. That’s why you have to be very careful and vigilant,” the expert said.
Finally, the former head of the city’s health department expressed how to detect such variants: “It can be detected with a capillary blood test. An annual control of this type is recommended.”
“78% of primary hepatitis, primary liver cancer cases are caused by hepatitis B or C. The B variant appears in places where there is no vaccine, while the C variant appears where there is no treatment. “
