Bronny James received good news about his return to basketball in the United States after watching his father shine in this Sunday’s victory over the Los Angeles Lakers.
LeBron James himself was responsible for breaking the news about the possibility of seeing his son again on a high-altitude sports court. The 19-year-old point guard held his first practice with teammates before the USC game.
It is worth noting that the eldest son of the NBA legend has not been able to participate in the new season because he is recovering from a cardiac arrest in July this year. Before that terrible scare, Bronny was drafted as an NCAA player at USC on social media.
“Today’s game was his first chance to warm up with the rest of the team. So he’s almost there… he’s almost there”LeBron said this when asked about his son on Sunday.
Since his cardiac arrest, James has been undergoing rigorous rehabilitation with the goal of returning to the court as soon as possible. If he fully recovers, the Pilot will enter his first year as a college player.
