Here we are: after controversy related to the publication delay compared to many other countries in the world, finally in Italy – on Wednesday 23 August – the long-awaited Oppenheimer, the last creation of Christopher Nolan to write, direct and co-produce. The story of American physicist Robert Oppenheimer, the invention of the atomic bomb, and the Manhattan Project will be played on screen with a stratospheric cast that sees Cilian Murphy as the protagonist, Emily Blunt as Kitty Oppenheimer, a biologist and botanist with dual German and American citizenship who is married to a physicist ; and then again: Robert Downey Jr. as Lewis Strauss, Remi Malek as David L. Hill, Matt Damon (General Leslie Groves), Florence Pugh (Gene Tetlock) and Devon Bostick (Seth Neddermeyer).
In a word, perhaps the most representative film of the year: in Uci Orio it will be available to watch eleven times a day from the date of release. Namely: five “regular” daily screenings, five in the IMAX theater and one in the original language with subtitles (the last one is always at 19:00).
