“Wonka”, the official trailer of the film with Timothée Chalamet

ROME – First official trailer Wonka, written and directed by Paul King Timothy Chalamet as a beloved Willy Wonka, the world’s greatest inventor, magician and chocolatier. Also starring Cala Lane, Keegan-Michael Key, Paterson Joseph, Matt Lucas, Matthew Baynton, Sally Hawkins, Rowan Atkinson, Jim Carter and Olivia Colman. The film will hit theaters on December 14 and will be distributed by Warner Bros. pictures.

Based on the iconic protagonist of The Chocolate Factory, Roald Dahl’s most iconic children’s novel and one of the best-selling children’s books of all time, Wonka tells the miraculous story of how the world’s greatest inventor, wizard, and chocolate maker became the beloved Willy Wonka we we know today.

Warner Bros. Pictures is partnering with Village Roadshow Pictures to present Paul King’s Heyday Films’ Wonka, which will be released in Italian cinemas beginning December 14 by Warner Bros. pictures.
