Political commitment and associationism
Mandelli was well known in the city, not only for his political commitment, but also in the world of associations. He was an adviser for education and social services during the first mandate of Renato Casati, from 1997 to 2001, and was currently an adviser and auditor of the Aido group led by Renato Casati. In the past, he was also a board member of the Mutua Sanitarium Association and a Wisteria volunteer.

A former banker, father of Marco and Matteo and grandfather of four grandchildren, he was still active in the village and attended a retirement center.
