Timbaland reveals the pop star’s new record is finished and ready for release.
Justin Timberlake is about to return to the music scene with a new album: he reveals it Timbaland.
During an interview with «Variet»y, the producer, Timothy Mosley at the registry office, reported that the new musical project of the former NSYNC is basically ready for release.
«We are done and the result is magnificent. Now the choice of how and when to release it depends on him, but it’s ready and on its way », she shared.
Timbaland has previously collaborated with Justin on several occasions, having produced the 2002 single “Cry Me a River”, the 2006 album “FutureSex/LoveSounds” and the 2013 album “The 20/20 Experience”.
The new record will be “much more fun” than the previous ones
As anticipated by the hip hop star, Timberlake’s new album will be “much more fun” than the previous ones.
“It’s the fun version of Justin, like FutureSex/LoveSounds but with nothing heavy, fans will get what they expect. Music is a young sport, of course, and we’ve seen a lot of life, but we need to bring out the 13-year-old who lives in us. We produced songs that were perhaps too complicated; that’s why we said to ourselves that we wanted something that sounded like the second part of FutureSex and the songs will adapt to this choice».
Justin, 42, released his latest album, «Man of the Woods», in February 2018. The potential release date of the new record is still top secret.
