The property is not registered in their names, but is instead a trust whose trustees are Jada’s mom Adrienne Banfield Norris and Michelle Morton, a leading financial expert.

The couple already owned a five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in the area, which they bought in April 2003 for $3.4 million.

In 2017, it was reported that Jayden moved into the house at age 18.

There are two mortgages on the property, both in trusts associated with Will and Jada.

One 2011 mortgage was issued for $955,000 and was followed by a $1,350,000 mortgage last October, bringing the total loans to $2,305,000.

Like Jayden, the couple’s daughter Willow moved into the property they purchased. Her four-bedroom hillside home in Malibu was purchased in August 2020 for $3.1 million.

Two months after the purchase, the couple took out a $2,170,000 loan through Morton, Will’s business manager, bringing the total of their four mortgages to $11,820,000.

While the couple’s two children have been given homes of their own, Will’s eldest son Trey, 30, whom he shares with ex Sheri Zampino, appears to still be living with Will in Calabasas.

To make their home a reality, the Smiths bought several neighboring houses in Los Angeles in 2003 and began turning them into one complex.

The project took seven years to complete.

The estate features nine bedrooms, a home theater, a swimming pool, basketball, tennis and volleyball courts, an eight-car garage and more.

In 2013, the couple put the house on the market for $42 million, but later decided to keep it.

They also have a five-bedroom, six-bath home in Woodlands Hills, which they bought for $910,000 in 2010. The house has no mortgage.

On top of that, they have at least two locations in Pennsylvania that they bought in the nineties for less than $1 million each.

Finally, they are rumored to have a luxury cottage in Park City, Utah.

Jayden’s home: The couple gave their son Jayden a five-bedroom, six-bathroom home in Hidden Hills, which they bought in April 2003 for $3.4 million.
Willow’s Malibu abode: Like Jaden, the couple’s daughter Willow moved into the property they purchased. Her four-bedroom hillside home in Malibu was purchased in August 2020 for $3.1 million.

Last week, Jada revealed that she would one day move back in with ex-husband Will to “take care of him” because he was “getting old.”

The star stunned the world earlier this month when she revealed she and Will had been secretly separated for seven years, citing “tired of trying” as the reason for their split.

She then spoke about their current relationship, stating that they are “life partners” and that she plans to look out for him in the future.

She told The Times: “I think we will end up (living together again). I really think so. Will is getting old. I’m still quite young, but it’s becoming obvious to me that he’s going to need someone to take care of him.”

Jada has been married to Will since 1997.
