Kenneth Petty, Nicki Minaj’s husband, was sentenced to four months of home confinement for violating his conditional freedom to post videos on social media following Migos rapper Offset.

He said he was sent to the Central District of California last week and is seeking that Petty, 45, be housed after he was saddled with a video of himself expressing ameaas to a specific person while he was in the company of someone with a criminal past.

“This recent violation raises concerns about Sir Petty’s actions in the face of court orders,” the statement continued. “The Probation Officer confirms that the activation of the Local Monitoring Program will allow Mr. Petty’s activities to be monitored more closely, his movements restricted, and penalties imposed for non-compliance.”

The court hopes that Petty’s time is unplanned or will encourage him to reflect and re-evaluate his current situation in society.

The New York Post has contacted Offset and Minaj for comment.

In an attempt to downplay Petty’s comments, Offset responded in the post by saying, “I’m so sorry,” implying that Petty was depressed.

The video said the words also violated Petty’s three-year conditional release order, which went into effect in July 2022, after which he must register as a sexual predator with the state of California in 2020.

Minaj and Cardi B, who are married to Offset, also have a long dispute. In September 2018, at the 30-year-old “WAP” show, I was photographed allegedly throwing a dress at 40-year-old Minaj at the Harper’s Bazaar Icons party during New York Fashion Week.

This is not the first time Petty has addressed legal issues. In 1995, he was convicted of attempted rape of a 16-year-old and spent four years in a New York prison.

A Change.org petition began circulating online in December 2022, after which the “Super Bass” singer allegedly bought a $19.5 million stake in the property.

According to TMZ, more than 500 people asked about Petty’s request to come with legal documents and update her on the site from Megan.

Hidden Hills is home to several famous celebrities, including Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kris Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, Kevin Hart, Will Smith, Jada Pinkett Smith, Jessica Simpson, Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union.
