Avengers: Secret Shadow Wars is the perfect MCU multiverse crossover hinted at in a fan video.

A new fan-filmed video suggests an epic Marvel crossover with the multiverse for Avengers: Secret Wars, raising anticipation for the next movie. Rumors are circulating about how far Marvel Studios will go with cameos and options in Avengers: Secret Wars despite limited preparation due to the ongoing strike. Given the success of Spider-Man: No Way Home and rumors of Deadpool 3 featuring characters from previous Marvel films, there will likely be crossovers in the Phase 6 setting.

A new ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’ fan video reveals the ultimate Marvel multiverse epic ahead of the MCU’s massive Phase 6 installation. The Multiverse saga is currently in Phase 5, while still in preparation for the next Marvel Avengers movies, both Avengers: The Kahn Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars, with higher expectations associated with the latter, given its title based on the famous cartoon. With projects such as the second season of Loki, the second season of What If…? and Deadpool 3, the Marvel Cinematic Universe raises the bar for how big the multiverse can be in this saga.

While Avengers: The Kang Dynasty has a creative team, Avengers: Secret Wars has had little preparation, mostly due to strikes by the Writers Guild of America and SAG-AFTRA. However, that hasn’t stopped MCU viewers from imagining and speculating about how Avengers: Secret Wars will end the Multiverse saga and how far Marvel Studios is willing to go in terms of cameos and options.

With the limitless potential of the Marvel Multiverse, @bullymaguiirememes shared a TikTok video capturing the perfect idea for a crossover in Avengers: Secret Wars. The video begins with the title “What can I expect when Secret Wars comes out?” Clark Gregg’s Phil Coulson says it’s “time to call the Avengers” and then moves on to 2015’s Fantastic Four Returns, Tobey Maguire’s Spider-Man, Ben Affleck’s Daredevil, Nicolas Cage’s Ghost Rider, Wesley Snipes’ Blade and Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine.

Which Marvel crossovers are most likely in Avengers: Secret Wars

Considering how far the Multiverse saga has progressed, there’s still the question of what true crossovers are likely in Avengers: Secret Wars. Given that the MCU has already made previous crossovers canon, it’s likely that Spider-Man: No Way Home and Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness will have some returning characters. It would be surprising if Maguire’s Spider-Men, as well as Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Men, didn’t reappear, especially after the huge commercial and critical success of Spider-Man: No Way Home in 2021.

Rumors that Deadpool 3 will include various characters from 20th Century Fox’s Marvel movies could already be a sign that Marvel Studios is considering including them in Avengers: Secret Wars. It wouldn’t be a surprise if Deadpool 3 is just one of two planned Wolverine Jackman appearances, as his return is one of the biggest superhero action ever and would be a great operation to set up Phase 6. Avengers: Secret Wars would also be perfect project for the return of Chris Evans, but this time as his Johnny Storm in the Fantastic Four films of the 2000s.

Even though Avengers: Secret Wars has been delayed like other upcoming MCU projects, it’s mostly good news for fans. Given the vast landscape that the Multiverse saga is trying to cover, the next Avengers movies will need to be treated with caution rather than rushed. Once the current Hollywood strikes are over, it will be easier for Marvel Studios to finally move forward with Avengers: Secret Wars as they have likely already been working on deals with writers, a potential director and various actors.
