Released in US theaters in late December. Babylon (READ REVIEW) was divided by critics and was a resounding box office failure. Recently, however, the blockbuster directed by Damien Chazelle has received important support. Stephen Kingwho on Twitter unequivocally praised him.

It may say more about me than the movie, but I found Babylon to be absolutely great: wacky, over the top, exhilarating, inspiring. This might be one of those films that gets bad reviews and is considered a classic in 20 years.

We remind you that Babylon was released in Italian cinemas on 19 January. The 3-hour, 8-minute film follows the stories of several characters at the top and bottom of Hollywood in 1926, from the end of the silent film era to the debut of so-called “talkies” or motion pictures. . It stars Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Jean Smart, Jovan Adepo, Lee Jun Lee and Tobey Maguire.
