During an interview with Playlist Adil El Arbi AND Bilall Fallah they were talking about Bad Boys 4a new chapter in the action film starring Will Smith and Martin Lawrence that began in 1995 with director Michael Bay.
The directors spoke about the title of the fourth film and the tone of the film, which will be different from the previous one:
A name we like, although I don’t know if they’ll accept it, Bad guys ride or dieWhy Bad Boys 4: Life was not available. We didn’t know there would be a fourth film!
There will be a lot more comedy in this film, the third one was dramatic, but with this we want to make people laugh and have fun in the cinema. Martin (Lawrence) will reach unprecedented heights in this film, it will be the culmination of Marcus Burnett’s development.
Final chapter, Bad Boys 3 Directed by Adil El Arbi and Bilal Fallah, it hit theaters in January 2020, just before the onset of the COVID pandemic, and proved to be a huge success, grossing $426 million against a budget (excluding advertising costs) of around $90 million.
