Bella Poarch named one of Forbes’ top authors of 2023

Filipino-American social media star Known for her interesting content on TikTok, she has reached another milestone on her journey to fame.

Forbes recognized Bella Poarch, the only Filipina on the list, as one of “Best Authors of 2023” highlighting her earnings of $3.3 million, which is approximately 189 million pesos.

28-year-old content creator and singer. took 34th place in the standings. The 50 honorees of this year’s second annual list of creators have amassed 2.6 billion followers and approximately $700 million in revenue, a significant increase of more than 20 percent from last year’s $570 million, according to Forbes.

With over 90 million followers on TikTok, Movie American Personality rose to fame through cute cosplay content, lip-syncing videos, and her pop song “Build a B*tch,” which failed to achieve success. No. 58 on the Billboard pop chart in May 2021.

The list was compiled based on their estimated income, number of followers, level of engagement and entrepreneurial activity. Proving her influence and reach, “she has landed deals with luxury fashion house Moncler and the video game Call of Duty, helping her become one of the highest paid TikTokers in 2021.”

At the top of the list with 312 million followers is Jimmy Donaldson, popularly known as MrBeast, with a staggering total earnings of $82 million or over 4 billion pesos.
