Beyoncé brought her Renaissance World Tour to her hometown of Houston last night—and to mark the special occasion, she had a stunning surprise in store for viewers.
On Saturday, Bey invited fellow Houston native Megan Thee Stallion to join her at NRG Stadium as they performed their Grammy-winning collaboration “Savage (Remix)” live for the first time. IN video performance Posted on X (formerly Twitter), Megan and Beyoncé, wearing sparkly camouflage bodysuits, danced, twerked and rapped together on stage.
Taking to Instagram, Meg took a closer look at her outfit, which also included matching ankle boots and a dazzling cadet cap. “BEYONCE I LOVE YOU 💙💙💙 HOUSTON I LOVE YOU #renaissancetour @beyonce GOOD NIGHT,” she captioned the post.
Near the end of Megan’s performance, Beyoncé told the crowd, “Don’t she make you proud, Houston? She makes me proud. I love you, girl.” Megan then shouted back: “I love you, Beyoncé! Ahh!”

Megan first released “Savage” on her first album in March 2020, and Beyoncé remixed it a month later. “I didn’t believe she was actually going to do it, but she did it and I was blown away,” Meghan previously said. Elle about their ultra-successful collaboration, which won the 2021 Grammy Awards for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance. She continued: “I called my grandmother. My manager and I were in my living room going crazy.”
