After the worldwide success of When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, Grammy for Best Album in 2019, and even a prestigious Oscar for Best Original Song thanks to the wonderful No Time to Die, written precisely for the film of the same name, Billie Eilish’s debut as an actress also arrived. In fact, the young singer made her debut in Swarmthe new Prime Video TV series, and in a certain sense it is not surprising that it has made its debut in a project in which music plays an important role.
The series sees Dominique Fishback in the role of a very famous singer, inspired by the figure of Beyoncé, and tells of how fanaticism can lead to behaviors definitely beyond any ethical and moral limit. Within the series Billie Eilish plays the role of Eva, a therapist who turns out to be the leader of a real cult, and who, instead of helping her patients, hypnotizes them to then release their darkest nature.
The singer shared the joy of this debut in front of the camera on Instagram, posting some behind-the-scenes images (which you can find below) that see her as the protagonist. Among the thanks, there was no lack of praise for Dominique Fishback, who she defined as “fucking amazing”adding that watching her act was “one of the most amazing experiences” of his life.
