Black Panther director Ryan Coogler and star Michael B. Jordan reteam for mysterious vampire(?) movie

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever Director Ryan Coogler, who has landed his first project under his newly formed Proximity Media production company, will reunite with frequent collaborator Michael B. Jordan, The latter had collaborated with him in these two films black panther movies, and creed and Fruitvale Station.

According to THR (via FearHQ.com), the film is said to be so top-secret that “executives and buyers were forced to make pilgrimages to the Beverly Hills offices of WME, the agency that represents Coogler and Jordan, to get a look at the script and learn the details.”

The film has been described as a “genre film” with “period elements to the story.”That doesn’t really narrow it down, but thanks to Jeff Sneider in his latest version communicationwe may have more to do.

Snyder didn’t offer many new details, but he did hear that the film will feature one or more vampires in some capacity.

A costumed vampire story directed by Ryan Coogler and starring Michael B. Jordan is certainly a fascinating prospect. Let’s hope more details come to light soon.

Coogler will also write the script and serve as lead producer alongside Zinzi Coogler and Sev Ohanian.

Coogler’s last project was for Marvel Studios Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Jordan guest-starred as Erik Killmonger in the afterlife.Last we heard, the filmmakers were working on a third installment black panther installation, but officials have yet to reveal its progress.Coogler is also said to be involved in at least one planned BP small-screen spin-off, and he was recently rumored to be a possible contender to take the helm Avengers: Secret Wars.

We wouldn’t put too much faith in this guy at this point, especially since Coogler is also responsible for a The X-Files reboot for Disney-owned 20th Century Studios.
