When did Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise star in the film? Interview with a Vampire, they carried a significant weight of fan expectations to achieve the roles of famous fictional vampires. While the process of makeup, fittings and everything else was a long and tedious process, Pitt had it much worse because he had no idea what he was playing.

“There was no script. I knew this book and in it there is a guy asking, “Who am I?” This probably applied to me at the time. ‘I am fine? Am I one of the angels? I am bad? Am I from the devil? In the book, this is a guy who goes on a quest for discovery. In the meantime, he has the character of Lestat that he introduces.gave in and hates. But then I received the script two weeks before filming began.”
He later added that due to his lack of fame, he could not ask for the script or drafts.

Not only was the actor’s role diminished, taking the form of a supporting character, but the long hours of working in the dark became a source of great suffering.
Although the actor was happy with the night shoot in New Orleans, things quickly changed when the filming location moved to London. Extremely dark, cold and quiet, it was too much for Pitt to handle, he told Entertainment Weekly.
“I’m telling you, one day it broke me… I called David Geffen, who was a good friend of mine. He was a producer and just came to visit. I said, “David, I can’t do this anymore.” I can not do it. What will it cost me to get out of here? And he very calmly says: “Forty million dollars.” And I say, “Okay, thank you.”
So, he finally pulled himself together and finished all the filming, bringing his role to perfection.
