Bruce Springsteen postpones US concert due to illness

“Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have postponed all currently scheduled shows until September 2023, starting tomorrow (today) with a show at the JMA Wireless Dome in Syracuse, NY. Mr. Princeteen is being treated for peptic ulcer symptoms and it has been decided that the advice of his medical advisors is that he must postpone the remainder of his September shows,” the 73-year-old artist wrote on his Instagram account.

“Here at E Street, we are heartbroken that we have had to postpone these shows. First, an apology to the fantastic Philly fans we missed a few weeks ago. We will be back for these shows and many more. Thank you for your understanding and support. We Had a great time playing in the US, we are waiting for bigger moments. We will be back soon. Bruce, love and God bless you all,” said the interpreter.

Springsteen has been on tour with his E Street Band since the beginning of the year.

In August, he postponed two concerts due to an unspecified illness.
