A group of four documentary filmmakers known for extreme reporting disappear into the Amazon rainforest while filming a documentary about local cannibal tribes. NYU anthropologist Harold Monroe agrees to lead a rescue operation in the woods, hoping to find the missing reporters. But man is not prepared for the magnitude of the horror that he will discover.
