Imagine Dragons concert on Saturday, August 5 at 21:00 at the Circus Maximus. Approximately 70,000 spectators are expected at the event.
Here are the measures provided for mobility
It is expected that in this area, long before the event, there is no parking. By 12 noon on Saturday, parking is prohibited on viale Aventino (the road towards Plaza Albania) between number 24 and via del Circo Massimo. From 14:00 on Thursday, Via dei Cerchi will be closed to traffic.
Then, from 20:00 on Friday, Via del Circo Massimo, Piazza Hugo La Malfa, Via della Greca, Via del Ara Massima di Ercole, Via delle Terme Deciane will be closed; Lungotevere Aventino (between Piazza del Emporio and Santa Maria in Cosmedin); Via di Santa Maria in Cosmedin (between Lungotevere Aventino and Via della Greca).
From 18:00 on Saturday, depending on the number of participants, San Gregorio Street may also be closed; Viale Aventino; the mouth of truth is square; via Petroselli and via del Teatro di Marcello.
Bus detours
Detours are planned for 19 public transport routes (3NAV, 30, 44, 75, 81, 83, 85, 87, 118, 160, 170, 628, 715, 716, 781, C3, n716, nMC, nME).
Bus number 628 will be the first to move from Thursday, with the closing of Via dei Cerchi.
Then from 20:00 on Friday diversion to routes 30, 44, 81, 83, 118, 160, 170, 715, 716 and 781.
From 18:00 on Saturday 3NAV and 75 forwarding. Also on Saturday there will be a C3 forwarding.
As for the “n” lines, there are also alternative routes for night buses n716, nMC and nME on Friday and Saturday evenings.
On Sunday, until Via dei Cerchi is closed (to complete the dismantling of structures used for the concert), lines 85 and 87 will be changed.

Metro
At the request of the General Directorate of Police, from 21:00 to the Circo Massimo station, line B of the metro is closed. Alternatively, you can use the Colosseum and Pyramid stops. It should be remembered that on Saturday all metros are open until 13:30 at night.
After the shutdown of the metro, night bus lines nMA (for metro A), nMB (for metro B), nMB1 (for metro B1) and nMC (for metro C) appear on the same routes.
