The New York Liberty’s beloved mascot Ellie the Elephant took TikTok by storm this week with her “Bongos” challenge, set to the tune of Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s latest collaboration. In the video, the mascot is supported by two dancers, and all three flawlessly perform the high-energy choreography from the song’s music video.
Eventually, Cardi herself caught wind of the viral clip and retweeted it, expressing her approval by writing, “Shame me… I love it.”
