Charlize Theron made a fashion statement as she stepped out in New York City on Friday.
Actress Tully, 48, who said she would never gain weight for a film role again, wore loose houndstooth shorts and over-the-knee black boots.
The South African artist completed the stylish look with a black crew-neck sweater.
She carried her belongings in a small white quilted leather designer clutch.
It comes after the silver screen siren hit back at fans who suggested she get plastic surgery last month.
The “Monster” star wore her short dirty blonde hair in a low ponytail with a center parting.
She wore understated jewelry, including tiny earrings, a delicate necklace and a ring.
The longtime performer’s long almond-shaped nails were covered in a metallic gold hue.
Charlize wore light makeup that highlighted her naturally stunning features.
Last month, the famous film star denied reports that she had undergone a facelift to look younger.
“I’m just getting older, these things happen,” she said while talking about beauty while promoting Dior’s best-selling J’Adore.
Theron has been the face of the product for an impressive twenty years.
“My face is changing, and I love that my face is changing and aging,” she told Allure. “But “people think I’ve had a facelift.”
“They ask, ‘What did she do to her face?’ I was like, “Bitch, I’m just getting old!” This doesn’t mean I had bad plastic surgery. It just happens,” she continued.
She also spoke out against the double standards between men and women when it comes to aging.
“I’ve always been bothered by the fact that older men like fine wines and women like cut flowers,” she said.
“I despise this concept and want to fight it, but I also think women want to age in a way that feels right to them,” she reflected.
