Chris Pratt and Tom Brady led the stars in honoring Veterans Day on Saturday.
Many A-list celebrities took to their official Instagram accounts to pay tribute to American veterans, thanking them for their dedication and selfless contributions to the country.
Basic Instinct actress Sharon Stone (65) and country music star Blake Shelton (47) also posted their own tributes to mark the Confederate holiday, also known as Armistice Day.
The 44-year-old Parks and Recreation actor posted a series of photos of soldiers returning home to reunite with their loved ones, along with a lengthy caption.
The 46-year-old NFL star has been relentlessly attacked on social media after photoshopping himself in a recent post. He shared a photo of himself greeting veterans and shaking their hands.
“Vanderpump Rules” star Tom Sandoval also announced on his Instagram that he will be purchasing concert tickets for veterans at the show in Angola, Indiana.
In a nod to Pratt’s Instagram, he wrote a lengthy post arguing that Americans should not “take for granted” America’s freedoms and the American Dream.
‘Happy Veterans Day! Today we honor those in uniform who volunteer to put themselves at risk to protect our way of life,” he began.
He added that like “every country on earth,” the United States has flaws but is “as close to perfection today as any country in history.”
He wrote that there was still room for improvement in “a great experiment founded on liberty, justice, and freedom,” noting that people could “dissent loudly without violence or imprisonment.”
He added that many other countries around the world do not allow free speech and Americans should not take that for granted.
For that, he said we should be grateful for “the heroic acts of our men in uniform.”
He ended his lengthy tribute with a joke: “Okay, Dad! ‘We got it!’
Shelton shared a message on his Instagram Story with a blank background.
“This weekend, raise a toast to our veterans,” the country music star wrote in a tribute to the Confederate holiday.
“Thank you for your sacrifice and service,” he continued, before adding the hashtag #VeteransDay.
Stone shared a black-and-white photo of the late actress Bea Arthur in a military uniform to commemorate her inspiring story.
The “Golden Girls” star died in 2009 at the age of 86 after a battle with lung cancer. She long denied military service during her lifetime.
However, service records confirm that she served in the Marine Corps Women’s Reserve before she began her career in entertainment.
The caption of the post, which Stone shared from the account of showrunner and director Shelley Goldstein, said Arthur worked as a truck driver and dispatcher.
In 1944 she was stationed at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point, North Carolina.
She was honorably discharged about a year later with the rank of sergeant.
Donna D’Errico, 55, also paid tribute to the military and veterans by sharing a racy photo on her Instagram.
The “Baywatch” actress showed off a skimpy American flag bikini in this sexy snap.
In her speech, she thanked veterans for their service and wished them a happy holiday.
