The 37-year-old social media personality showed off her attractive figure in the colorful outfit as she stepped out with her daughters Luna and Esty, seven and eight months, and son Miles, five.
The model, who recently opened up about her only regret from her first marriage, was also joined by her mother Vilailak, who stayed close to her second grandson for much of the outing.
Teigen wore a bright green cardigan over a black plunging bra as she spent time with her loved ones.
The cookbook author paired her outerwear with light blue jeans that were contrasted with jet black sandals.
The entrepreneur accessorized with large sunglasses and carried a large bag over her left shoulder.
Her gorgeous brunette locks remained tied into a loose bun as she enjoyed the company of her children.
Teigen shares Luna, Esty and Miles, as well as her youngest son, Ren, three months, with husband John Legend.
The happy couple met while working on a music video in 2006 and tied the knot in 2013.
They started their family with the birth of Luna in 2016, and Mile arrived two years later.
In 2020, the model became pregnant for the third time, although she ultimately had to terminate the pregnancy for medical reasons.
Teigen and Legend, 44, subsequently welcomed Esty, who was conceived via IVF in January this year.
