Chrissy Teigen’s daughter Luna is setting the bar pretty high with a sweet and thoughtful gesture that shows off not only her kind nature, but also her growing culinary skills.
On Monday Traction The author shared an Instagram story that captured her 7-year-old’s surprise. While lying in bed watching TV with a friend, Teigen recorded Luna carrying a plate in and around the bedroom. The former swimsuit model giggled, then exclaimed with a sincere and impressed, “Wow!”

Luna places the plate on the bed, revealing an elaborate mixture of fruits, including apples, clementine slices, strawberries and blueberries, arranged in rings around the plate. There was a generous portion of berry yoghurt in the center of the cut fruit, and Luna even brought cutlery to keep her hands from getting dirty.
“I’m very good at cutting apples,” the little girl shared confidently.
“Oh, cool!” Teigen responded before gasping and saying, “Luna, this is amazing!” The proud mom commented on the yoghurt placed in the center to show her daughter how stunned she was and exclaimed: “Thank you so much!” Teigen added: “Say, ‘Please enjoy.’ Luna adorably repeated the line in a fake haughty voice, smiling and handing out the forks she had brought with her “for those who want to try.”
The seven-year-old was clearly very pleased with herself and we love to see her confidence! Luna has always watched Teigen with great interest and helped him while she cooks and bakes in the kitchen, so it’s very touching to see the little girl begin to experiment with her culinary creations. She just might be a budding fan!
