“The nightmare that Israelis feared for decades has become a reality.”

“The nightmare that Israelis feared for decades became a reality when Hamas terrorists infiltrated Israeli cities and towns. Under cover of thousands of rockets fired indiscriminately at civilians, Hamas killed and kidnapped innocent men, women and children. They kidnapped and killed children and old people. They raped women and mutilated their bodies. They paraded their bodies in the streets and on social media and cowardly attacked the Supernova music festival, bringing death and destruction to an event that celebrated friendship and love.”

“This is terrorism. This evil. There is no justification or rationalization for Hamas’ actions. These are barbaric terrorist acts that must be condemned by everyone. This is a terrorist organization whose leaders call for the murder of Jews wherever they are.”

“CCFP calls on our friends and colleagues in the entertainment industry to take a strong stand against Hamas and do everything in their power to persuade the terrorist organization to return the innocent hostages to their families.”

“As Israel takes the necessary steps to protect its citizens in the coming days and weeks, social media will be hijacked by a disinformation campaign orchestrated by Iran. We urge everyone to remember the horrific images coming out of Israel and not to magnify them or fall for their propaganda.”

And finally: “Our thoughts go out to all those who are experiencing unfathomable levels of fear and violence, and we look forward to the day when Israelis and Palestinians can live side by side in peace.”
