  • 7-10 curry leaves
  • 3 ajian leaves or 1 teaspoon carom seeds
  • 1 inch minced ginger
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds

The process of making this elixir is very simple. Even if you don’t know how to cook, you can make this tea for yourself every morning before and after your wedding.

Here’s how to make Ayurvedic tea to fight bloating and manage PCOS,

  • Add water to a deep pot and bring to a boil.
  • Lower the flame, add the ingredients, and mix everything together within 5 minutes.
  • Filter the water and drink it.

If you don’t like the taste of raw food, add a teaspoon of lemon juice, says Dr. Savalia. If you drink 100ml of this tea daily, it will help you lose weight, reduce bloating, regulate hormonal balance, and boost immunity against pollution and seasonal allergies.
