A PERSON | Tuscany meets France in the history of this wine, conceived by Niccolò Marchici Lenzi, son of Ilaria Antinori, sister of Ludovico and Piero, his wife Joy, twin sister of the great actress Eva Green. And it was the latter who chose Cabernet Franc, her favorite variety, to be delivered in the bottle. The wine bears his name and is produced by Le Crocine on the hill of Lamentano, in Bolgheri towards Castagneto Carducci. In addition to the pure Cabernet, Le Crocine (also in the main Cabernet Franc), Bolgheri 57022 (the name comes from the Bolgheri cap) and Grenahe are produced, produced in only a few vintages.
WINE | After careful selection, the stemmed grapes are placed in small steel tanks, followed by a short cold fermentation maceration, followed by alcoholic and malolactic fermentation.
