Preacher Star Dominic Cooper has landed his next leading film role. The actor who played Reverend Jesse Custer on the AMC series will star in the Irish historical drama. Cry from the seain accordance with Diversity.

“Meryl was definitely upset that she wasn’t involved in most of the second film,” he said. “She understood where the story was going, but I remember her saying, ‘Well, I didn’t want to die.’

Meanwhile, Streep said she would be open to doing a third Mother My! film, telling the magazine: “I’m ready for anything. I’ll have to schedule a knee exam before filming, but if there’s an idea that excites me, I’m all in.”
