The Undersecretary of General Health Care, Carmen Guerrero, made a technical visit to the General Hospital of Enrique Garces and the Type C Health Center in Guamani, with the aim of supervising and strengthening the health services of these important institutions in the south of Quito.

Enrique Garces Hospital has made progress in the implementation of health care and public health policies to benefit patients, and adopted measures to improve urgent care processes and provide differentiated services for the disabled, geriatrics and pregnant women Initiative status.

Carmen Guerrero was pleased with the apparent progress of the institutions visited, recognizing the excellent work done by all medical and administrative staff.
