Five tips for drinking more water.

We know water is necessary for health and to maintain our physical and mental performance. Now that the weather is getting colder and colder, sometimes it is difficult for us to replenish water, so today I will share with you five tips for replenishing water.

  1. It doesn’t always have to be plain water. You can make some unsweetened tea to satisfy some of your liquid needs. In addition, there are many health benefits, such as: ginger tea can strengthen the immune system and fight gastritis, and chamomile tea can help us sleep better.
  2. Give yourself a new look and feel a different flavor. If you’re not a big fan of natural water, an infusion works too: put chopped fruit into a jug of water and let it sit for a whole day. It slightly changes the taste of plain water but does not consume the fruit itself. Try melon, papaya, lemon, orange, cucumber or any fruit you want.
  3. Buy a bottle to motivate yourself. A bottle of what you like. Some places mark water amounts by schedule so you can make sure the water is distributed well. No matter which one you prefer, the important thing is that it’s comfortable and easy to use.
  4. Eat your water. Water is not only found in drinks but also in food, mainly fruits and vegetables. Eat at least five servings of fruits and/or vegetables of different colors each day, as each color provides specific vitamins and minerals.
  5. Have your favorite soup. Vegetable soup, chicken stock or broth, vegetable cream (with water instead of milk), all soups count. Weather can help you eat these dishes, feel fuller and meet your fluid needs.
