Since first entering the NBA in 2003, LeBron James has been widely regarded as the best player. The 39-year-old is in the middle of his 21st professional season and his career statistics rank at or near the top in nearly every category. There is no doubt that he is one of the greatest players in the game.
The debate continues as to whether he is the greatest player of all time, or whether that title still belongs to his predecessor, Michael Jordan.
This debate will continue to be debated by fans, journalists, and even players across the globe for a long time to come. At sporting events, concerts, parties, pretty much anything, at least one person will mention this. The latest person to do so, at least publicly, is one of James’ former teammates. His answer may be surprising.
Ray Allen compares MJ and LeBron:

Ray Allen played against James and Jordan during his Hall of Fame career and also spent time as LeBron’s teammate in Miami. But even with this loyalty, Allen knows who the real GOAT is.
While he said James is a better passer, he said Jordan had no other weaknesses that made him the greatest of all time. As long as Chicago Bulls fans hate him, Allen may win some over.

James’ own teammates are replacing Jordan. Statistics can be used to prove a point. You can talk about longevity and time off. The flop and physical aspects of the game can be discussed. Either side can make a point.
But in the end, Jordan went 6-0 in the finals, basically winning consecutive games. Case closed.
