How to book remotely

In order to cope with the physiological increase in the number of transactions associated with the return from vacation, Poste Italiane reminds you of the possibility of remote booking from the website www.poste.it or from the applications “Mail”, “BancoPosta” and “PostePay”.

After logging in with your credentials and selecting one of the available services (“Bulletins”, “Deposits, withdrawals, F24, top-ups and other payments”, “Mail and parcels”, “PostePay card, Energy and Telephony”, “Vouchers and passbooks”, “OSAGO auto insurance”, “Current account, Loans, Investments and insurance” “AIDS” and “All other operations”), you will need to enter the name of the place of interest.

After selecting the selected department, you can decide whether to make an appointment for a later time by choosing an available date and time slot, or go straight to the post office. This choice is also facilitated by determining the number of waiting clients available on the application display.

You can still sign up for a shift at the counter via WhatsApp. It is very easy to request an e-ticket in this way: just remember the number 3715003715 on your smartphone and follow the instructions to complete the booking.
