On Sunday, the 43-year-old supermodel posed Go to Instagram Offering her more than 22 million followers some kind words.
“Everyone we meet has faced or is facing challenges in their lives that we know nothing about. We don’t see the silent struggles, fears, obstacles, heartbreaks or their daily ups and downs… As we go about our daily lives, we may miss seeing someone who needs a simple, kind word or gesture,” the post, written in English and Portuguese, reads. “I believe acts of kindness inspire more kindness, which is what we need most in the world today. 🙏.”
Bundchen’s message was accompanied by a photo of herself sitting on the beach, looking thoughtfully at the sun.

Over the next year, Bundchen, who has children Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10, with Brady, showed her ex-husband nothing but kindness.
In September, the Brazilian supermodel said she had nothing but gratitude for her ex-husband.

As for starting over any part of her life, Bundchen said she wouldn’t change a single thing she’s been through, good or bad.
“I looked at my life and realized I had no other options,” she told me cbs sunday morning. “I wouldn’t have any other life. I wouldn’t do this. If they said, ‘Can you change something in your life?’ I wouldn’t change absolutely anything.”
