Gisele says she’s just ‘surviving’ marriage to Tom Brady

supermodel Gisele Bundchen Says she was “more about surviving” than “living” during her marriage to the seven-time Super Bowl champion tom brady in an upcoming interview cbs sunday morning news.

“I’m in a different place in my life. I can choose more of what I want,” Bundchen said in a preview of the interview, which was filmed at her home in Costa Rica. “I thought I was doing it for survival before, but now I am doing it for survival. This is different.”

Bundchen said she faced so much stress that she secretly fantasized about “jumping out” of her ninth-floor home.

“You know, I was in the tunnel. I couldn’t breathe. And then I started staying in the studio and I felt like I was suffocating,” Bundchen said. “I lived on the ninth floor and I had to take the stairs because I was worried I would get trapped in the elevator and I was hyperventilating… You know, when you can’t breathe even with the windows open, you feel like, I Don’t want to live like this, you know what I mean?

“Have you seriously considered jumping?” cbs sunday morning newsof Lee Cowan asked.

“Yeah. For a second, because you said, I can’t,” Bundchen replied.

Still, Bundchen said she wouldn’t change her life, including her relationship with Brady, even though they divorced last year.

“I don’t think it was my dream and my hope. My parents have been married 50 years and I really wanted something like this to happen,” Bundchen told Cowan. “But I think you have to accept that you know, sometimes you’re 20 Ages, sometimes you grow together, sometimes you grow apart… I mean, he’s the father of my kids, so I always wish him the best and ‘I’m so grateful that he gave me great children.”

On October 28, 2022, Bundchen and Brady announced their divorce after 13 years of marriage. The couple reportedly signed an “ironclad prenuptial agreement” before getting married, which led to a quick divorce and shared custody of their children with the supermodel. It was reported that a home was purchased near Brady’s Miami mansion last year.

In February, Brady shared a video on his official social media account announcing his “permanent retirement” after 23 seasons in the NFL. The 45-year-old previously announced his retirement last offseason and announced his decision to return a few weeks later.

Brady is the NFL’s all-time leader in passing yards, touchdowns, quarterback wins and many other records. His seven Super Bowl championship wins are more than any other NFL player or team. The English Patriots’ NFL championship team has a record six Super Bowl victories – tied with the Pittsburgh Steelers – and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ victory in Super Bowl LIV.
