In December 2022, shortly before John Legend and Chrissy Teigen’s youngest children Esty, 9 months, and Wren Alexander, 3 months, were born in 2023, Stefani somehow preached about the future in her sleep.
“So Gwen says to me, ‘You know, I just dreamed of Chrissy holding two babies around the same age, they weren’t exactly twins,'” Legend said during her appearance. John Legend and Chrissy Teigen welcome new addition to family in 2023
Teigen gave birth to baby Esty in January 2023, and she and Legend announced the exciting news on social media. They both had the same photo: their two oldest children, Luna and Miles, cradling their newborn and looking at her lovingly.
“We welcomed Estee Maxine Stevens into our family on Friday and our home is filled with love and joy. I admire Chrissy’s strength and resilience and am thrilled to see Luna and Miles embrace their little sister. I’m so, so grateful, but I don’t think that’s a strong enough word…” Legend captioned his post.
“She’s here! Estee Maxine Stevens – the house is bustling and our family couldn’t be happier 💕 Daddy sheds tears of joy every night seeing Luna and Miles full of love and I find out you still need conditioner diapers!? We’re in bliss “Thank you for all the love and well wishes – we all feel it! X,” Teigen wrote.

Fast forward to June, and Legend and Teigen surprised fans by announcing the birth of their child, Ren Alexander, via a surrogate. In a sentimental Instagram post, she explained the emotional meaning behind her newborn’s name.
“We also met the most incredible, compassionate surrogate we could ever imagine, Alexandra. I knew she was perfect for us as soon as we spoke to her. All our desires and dreams coincided. I wanted to be her friend, I wanted our children to play, I wanted to have dinner together, I wanted to lay my head on her stomach and feel the hiccups and kicks. I wanted them to be in our lives for as long as time allowed,” Teigen wrote.
“We want to say thank you for this incredible gift you gave us, Alexandra. And we are so happy to tell the world that he is here and his name is forever associated with you. Wren Alexander Stevens. Our hearts and our home are officially full,” she said.
