This is a very rich month for releases movies in heaven come on Now. After an important start with “The Sun of Adventure”, the latest cinematic work of Nanni Moretti, we continue with interesting films from Italian and international cinema, from “Physical Education” with Giovanna Mezzogiorno to the arthouse cinema of Marco Bellocchio and Pupi Avati and new chapters of “Dungeons and Dragons” and Magic Mike, without forgetting the interesting nature and biographical documentaries.
“Sun of the Future”
Available now from October 2nd. Sky Cinema. Giovanni, played by Nanni Moretti (film director) is a director who is gradually losing contact with the outside world. He is working on a film set in 1956 that tells the story of the secretary of a section of the Italian Communist Party (PCI) in the Quarticciolo district of Rome, who struggles with deciding how to respond to the dispatch of Soviet tanks to Budapest. The film is produced by his wife Paola (Margarita Buy) who is thinking of leaving him, but knows nothing about it. Giovanni is also working on the script for another film based on the John Cheever story “The Swimmer.” At the same time, he has visions and dreams of making a film telling the story of a couple developed over forty years, with many Italian songs as the soundtrack.
‘Physical Culture’
From October 8 Sky Cinema. Some parents are called by the principal of a high school in a small Italian province (Giovanna Mezzogiorno). They gather in the institute’s gym. The reason for the call is the involvement of three of their children in an unpleasant episode that occurred at school. However, at the time of the meeting, the exact dynamics of the incident are still unclear, and parents find it difficult to believe, and therefore accept, that their children may be involved while trying to disprove the evidence.
“Dungeons and Dragons – Honor of Thieves”
From October 9 Sky Cinema. A reboot of the saga and the fourth full-length film in the franchise. A charming criminal and a group of quirky adventurers manage to pull off one of the most daring heists in history, recovering a precious lost relic. However, the situation worsens when the group encounters dangerous and malicious individuals. The cast of the film included such actors as Chris Pine, Michelle Rodriguez, Regé-Jean Page, Justice Smith and Hugh Grant.
“Favorite Shores”
From October 9 Sky Nature. Director’s documentary Egidio Eronico offers insight into the various geophysical characteristics of Italy, from the Alpine zone to its extreme southern tip. The country has historically been called the “garden of Europe” due to its richness and diversity of landscapes. The documentary uses solely images and music to tell the story.
“Fourteenth Sunday in Ordinary Time”
From October 11 Sky Cinema. Direction Pupi AvatiWith Massimo Lopez, Gabriele Lavia, Edwige Fenech. Samuele and Marzio are two fifteen-year-old boys living in Bologna in the 70s. “Love to Love You: Donna Summer”

“Kidnapped”
