Heidi Klum again raises the stakes and again tries to outdo herself with This year’s Halloween costume is sure to be elaborate.
Every year the model and America’s Got Talent the judge conducts star halloween party, where she headlines whatever amazing costume she comes up with. Last year she amazed people by performing as a giant crawling earthworm that really upped the ante when it came to disturbing horror costumes.
This year, it looks like she’s set to take things to the next level.
ET’s Denny Directo recently joined Klum as she’s already gearing up for the big event, and she shared some small but tantalizing clues as to what she might be up to this year.
“Actually I just went on a trip, I had to fly five hours to somewhere – and I don’t even want to say where because I don’t want to give you any clue – but I had to fly five hours to this mysterious place and five hours back, just to see how things are going a little bit,” Klum said, adding: “Things are going very well. God bless!”
While she didn’t want to reveal any major spoilers, she did give fans a “little hint.”
“And I mean the smallest hint I can give you is that it’s going to be very colorful and very big,” Klum shared. “Honestly, I expected it to be epic.”
“It’s epic to me when suddenly GIFs are created and everyone is talking about it. And it makes the news and people laugh,” she shared. “Then for me it was like, ‘Okay, that was really good.’
In fact, Klum teased that her costume might require her to “block several lanes of the street” when she walks the red carpet.
Klum explained that “my Halloween costume takes a lot of time to plan” and that trying it on can be difficult because “a lot of these things are made with prosthetics.”
“And these dentures are very, very expensive, and once you use them, you don’t take them off and then you can’t put them back on,” she added. “It’s one and done.”
Although that doesn’t mean the suits are just coughed up, never to be seen again. In fact, Klum said she keeps them all.
“I have every suit I’ve ever worn,” Klum explained. “I only save my regular, normal clothes, so why shouldn’t I save my suits?”
For Halloween party this year she also created a new themed signature cocktail to celebrate the spooky occasion and is teaching fans how to make it.
“This year I teamed up with Patron El Alto and I’m making a really cool drink called Black Magic-rita,” Klum explained. “So it’s like a little variation on the margarita, but we’re going to make it more sophisticated.”
