The realistic costume featured worm-like crests, a massive curved head and a long tail, giving her the appearance of a creepy crawly. Her husband Tom Kaulitz accompanied her like a fisherman with his eye gouged out by a hook. She even took her antics to the next level by conducting the interview in true worm style – lying on the ground. Heidi said the look took a full day to create and she even documented the entire process on Instagram. Later in the night, she also changed into a sexy see-through outfit, but kept her worm-like face to add an extra touch of horror.

2. Old Woman (2013)
In 2013, Heidi Klum appeared again at a Halloween party looking unrecognizable. From the supermodel we all know, she turned into a wrinkled old lady with gray hair, varicose veins and a walker. Dressing up as an older person may seem cliché in the world of Halloween costumes, but not like Heidi did. She once again documented the entire “aging process” on Instagram, giving her fans a realistic idea of what she might look like in 50 years. Her incredible attention to detail and dedication to her costume raised the bar so high that everyone stood still, eagerly awaiting her next look.
3. The Human Body (2011)
Heidi actually hosted two Halloween parties in 2011, and naturally had no intention of repeating the costume. Heidi Klum decided to clone herself for Halloween in 2016 and brought along five doppelgängers wearing matching outfits, wigs and makeup. However, this image disappointed some fans due to the fact that she did not transform. Heidi joked that it was easier than finding a suit. But she, in fact, was not mistaken with this look. She said it took months of preparation and hours of fitting to get the clones to look exactly like her.
